Eligibility for Returns

You may return your tires if:

• The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The tires are unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging and condition.
• You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Tires that have been mounted, used, or damaged after delivery.
• Custom or special-order tires.
• Items without proof of purchase.

How to Return Tires

1. Contact Us:

   • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Approval:
   • Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.
3. Ship the Tires:
   • Carefully package the tires and ship them to the address provided.
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned tires.
• If the tires were purchased as part of a promotional deal, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Tires

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
